Here is a list of things you can enjoy with your family this weekend: Please call ahead before leaving your house to ensure the venue is still hosting the event. Due to the new COVID guidelines, many venues have cut back on the number of visitors they can allow.

This pared-down, FREE, version of the Ice Cream Festival invites you to bring your picnic lunch, chairs, and blankets to relax outdoors at beautiful Rockwood Park as you browse the shops of First State Flea Market, listen to great live local music, and enjoy great local ice cream and the Wilmington Brew Works Beer Garden. Come out to support small local businesses and spend some time with your community.
Join us for monthly naturalist-led walks through the 160-acre park at Newlin Grist Mill. We will meet year-round residents, visit exciting migrants, and learn the basics of bird identification and biology.

The Bethel Fire Company will be holding a Carnival starting Tuesday night June 22nd thru Saturday night June 26th from 6pm – 10pm each evening on the grounds of the old Francis Harvey Green School 3220 Foulk Road, Garnet Valley, PA 19060. Come enjoy rides, food, and games. Proceeds benefit our all-volunteer fire department.

Visit the whimsical world of Mo Willems and his cast of lovable characters, including best friend duo Elephant and Piggie, faithful companion Knuffle Bunny and The Pigeon, the wily city bird best known for his antics in Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!
Activities in the exhibition will give children the opportunity to make art that is inspired by Mo Willems and to learn about the social and emotional lives of the author’s popular characters.
